HTML File can be made with the application of text any editor in any operating system, inter alia : Notepad in Windows, emasc or vi in Unix or SimpleText in Macintosh. this HTML File also able to be made in the application of any processor word so long as when menyimpan the file is kept with format text-only.

One of excess of HTML file is cross platform, mean HTML file can be presented in some Operating System ( OSMIUM) what is different and has the same display although when its making using one certain OS only.
